Bike share is an innovative and active mode of transportation that allows users to make station-to-station trips using publicly available bikes - kind of like a human-powered subway. It consists of a fleet of specially designed, sturdy and durable bikes that are locked into a network of docking stations throughout the service area. The bikes can be unlocked from one station and returned to any other station in the system, making bike share ideal for short, one-way trips. And you can take as many of those trips as you want - trips under 30 minutes incur no additional fees.
Individual trips longer than 30 minutes incur usage fees. Usage fees differ for Annual Members and Pass holders - please see the article on Usage Fees for more information.
