If you lost your key, no worries! Please contact Capital Bikeshare customer service, now supported by Lyft, and we'll get a new key shipped to you right away; keys take typically 6 weeks to arrive. Feel free to use the Capital Bikeshare app or link your account to the Lyft app to keep riding while you wait.
If you lost your keys and you suspect someone may have access to them, please contact Capital Bikeshare customer service, now supported by Lyft, as soon as possible so that we can deactivate your lost key and get a new one sent out to you. This will ensure that no one can check out a bike using your lost key.
