$95/year Annual Membership includes:

• Unlimited 45-minute classic bike rides for a full year and members enjoy no unlock fees and speedy ebikes at a discount.
• Ebike parking is free at Capital Bikeshare stations. You’ll be charged $2 for parking an ebike at a public bike rack in the service area. Take as many rides as you want while your membership is active!
• Members pay $0.10/minute for ebikes. Members pay $0.05/minute for rides on classic bikes after 45 minutes.
• 24/7 access to thousands of bikes in Washington, DC; Arlington, VA; Alexandria, VA; Montgomery County, MD; Prince George's County, MD; Fairfax County, VA; and the City of Falls Church, VA.

All per minute ride prices are rounded up to the nearest minute.

The fee for a lost or stolen bike is $1,200 (+ tax).

Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel your plan.

NOTE: Capital Bikeshare memberships cannot be shared and are not transferable, per the user agreement that you consented to when signing up.

If we suspect any account sharing, your Capital Bikeshare membership will be suspended without a refund.
